Disclosure Of Student Education Records

Home Disclosure Of Student Education Records

The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA), as amended, was designed to protect the privacy of education records, to establish the rights of students to inspect and review their education records, and to provide guidelines for the correction of inaccurate or misleading information

For information regarding the disclosure of student records and information, please review the Universiy's guidelines on student privacy through the Office of the Registrar.

Students who wish to share their disciplinary records with others must complete a waiver form and submit it directly to the Office of Student Conduct.
