End of Year Banquet
Spotlight On... SPOTLIGHT ON...is always taking nominations! Do you know someone who
always volunteers for events? Someone who participates in hearings with
good questions and participation? Someone who is very committed to his/her role in the USJ?
If you can say yes, you should nominate!
If you would like to nominate someone for outstanding service with the University Student Judiciary
send their name and an explanation of why they should be recognized to Susan Woda (swoda@umd.edu).
The person's picture and an explanation of why they are being spotlighted will hang
on the bulletin board outside the Office of Student Conduct, 2118 Mitchell Building.
End of Year Banquet
The Office of Student Conduct and the Office for Rights and Responsibilities are
pleased to announce that the annual USJ Year End Recognition event
will take place April 27, 2007.
Prepare yourself for an afternoon of entertainment at Adele's as we recognize the
efforts put forth by the members of the University Student Judiciary.
Nomination
forms will be available and award recipients will be announced at the End of Year
Banquet. Nomination forms will be available for the
following awards:-
Outstanding Office Assistant
- Outstanding Appellate Board Member
- Outstanding Community Advocate
- Outstanding Honor Council Member
- Outstanding Central Judicial Board Member
- Outstanding Resident Judicial Board Member
- Outstanding Presiding Officer
An individual nominated for one of the above awards will be automatically considered
for the Camille Rajpat Outstanding Student Judiciary Member Award.
